Why I Love…Making Fruit Bowl’s?

Most would agree, “HEALTHY” simply means, eat the right foods; think positive, and exercise daily. But we also know it’s consistently easier said than done. The best way to motivate yourself is to start with what you already love. For instance, I love strawberries. Adding strawberries to my diet daily is —-the best thing. Every morning, is a joy to prepare simple fruit bowls before leaving home. My days are extremely long working in the entertainment industry. Living in Los Angeles and traveling to New York is exciting, but no matter where you are or what you do prioritizing a healthy lifestyle is key to staying healthy.

“It’s All About The Berries.”

  1. Strawberries—  “The Best Fruit Mother Nature Created.”
    I literally eat strawberries everyday, they’re extremely good for the body; served room temperature or cold. 3. Blackberries– “The Blacker The Berry The Sweet The JUICE.” Um-Humm

Darker berries basically have more superpowers than red berries like strawberries, and raspberries. Blackberries so tasty and easy to mix with other fruits. 5. Clementines —- You’ve Gotta Have Citrus. Hello- Everyone Needs Orange.

Also known as Cuties, this fruit honestly balances everything out. Cuties are easy to peal and pop right into the bowl. They are consumed with vitamin C, fiber, minerals, and magnesium and other benefits. Don’t worry, its low calorie orange.
