LOS ANGELES—Fitness during these uncharted times can be a challenge. But, that’s no excuse to skip workouts while at home. Get moving as SUMMER heats up effortlessly, with these quick workout tips.

1. Stretching
Give your body the love it deserves. Short stretches, even for 5-minutes makes a huge difference. A little bit goes a long way.
Total Body Jumping Jacks- by Billy Juice. Start with both feet together with hands by your side. Jump while bringing your hands over your head.
Core Strong Planks- by Brittne Baby. Lie facedown, resting on your forearms. Your elbows should be directly under your shoulders. Hold for 60 seconds aligning your shoulders to ankles.

2. Stationary Bikes
My favorite way to workout during the coronavirus pandemic. I love the Peloton Bike. It’s always fun and exciting, every time I ride. Peloton is also known for its high energy workouts with diverse instructors and personalities.
At home equipment is perfect, necessary and safer than visiting gyms. Take control. Peloton is a great investment! I love working out several times a day! My favorite instructors are Tunde Oyeneyin & Alley Love

3. Yoga
